What is the monthly cost?
The monthly membership for our Rewards Program is $10/month, or $100 for the year. You will be billed on the same day each month based on the day you signed up. Remember, it is risk-free and you can cancel at any time.
Do my Affinity Rewards Credits ever expire?
No your rewards from your monthly credits never expire. Feel free to save them up and use them at any time.
Can I apply my Affinity rewards to any purchase?
Yes, you are always able to apply your rewards to any purchase. Additionally, you will receive 20% off and get free shipping on your order.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes this is 100% risk-free and you can cancel at any time. You will still be able to use your rewards credits towards your next purchase.
Can I adjust my billing date?
Yes, you can adjust your billing information in your account settings on affinitymedwear.com. You can find your account settings by selecting the logo of a person on the menu or clicking on Login.
Will I receive a notification prior to my payment being made or after it’s been processed?
Yes, prior to each charge, you will receive a notification reminding you of your upcoming payment for your Affinity Rewards Membership. After each charge, your $10 monthly credit will automatically be applied to your account.
What happens if my payment fails?
If there is a failed payment, this will pause your membership and your benefits will be inactive until you are able to update your payment information.
How can I cancel my subscription?
While we hope you’d never want to cancel your Affinity Rewards, you can cancel at any time. Simply our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your membership, no questions asked.
How are my rewards applied if I return product?
If you return your product while using your rewards points, your credits will automatically be credited back to your Rewards account once your return has been processed.
If I cancel my subscription, do I still have access to my remaining balance? If so, for how long?
Yes! Your credits will never run out and you can access and use them your Affinity account here. However once your rewards are canceled, you will not have access to other Rewards benefits, including the 20% discount.
How soon after cancelling does the discount access expire?
Once your account is canceled, you will lose access to all Rewards benefits, including the 20% discount and Free Shipping. You will still have access to any remaining credits on your account.
Can my discount be shared with friends/family?
No, your rewards, savings and benefits can only be used by you and cannot be shared.
Can I gift any of my credit to someone else?
No, your rewards and benefits are non-transferrable.
Is there an option to send an Affinity Subscription as a gift to someone else?
Of course! You can simply purchase an annual membership option ($100) with the gift recipient's email address.
Why is there a gift card showing on my purchase?
When your credits are applied to your order, your order confirmation will show that as a gift card being redeemed.
Can I redeem less than the full value of my rewards?
Yes you can! As long as your order total is less than your credit total. Otherwise your entire credit amount will need to be used, or you can choose not to apply your credits for that purchase altogether.
Can I cash out my rewards at the end of a period that they are NOT used?
No your credits are not eligible for cash value. However, your credits will never expire so you can apply them to a future purchase!
Can I join our rewards program if I live overseas?
Yes you can, but you would not have access to free shipping. Free shipping applies to US and Canada Rewards members only.
