We guarantee our merchandise to be free of all manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for refund or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: ALL FACE MASK SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to COVID-19, for the protection of our employees, we are not excepting returns for our Face Masks.
If you have a damaged product, please email us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily send you a replacement mask/masks at no extra cost to you.
AFFINITY gladly accepts returns or exchanges of UNWORN and UNWASHED Medical Scrubs within the first 30 days of the original purchase. Any items found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you and no refund will be provided.
Returns/Exchanges are FAST and EASY. Just follow these steps:
- To start, please go to https://affinitymedwear.com/a/returns. Select the items you are looking to return or exchange and fill out the necessary details.
- Once completed, you will receive the system generated pre-paid label.
Exchanges will be sent pending items are still in stock after processing. AFFINITY will cover cost of shipping for one exchange per order.
Refunds for returns will be made in the form of the original payment minus $5.00 for shipping and $3.50 for a restocking fee ($8.50 in total).
International Shipping Policy
All international shipping is paid for by customer. Cost of shipping will differ on your region.
Cost of shipping for any returns and exchanges for international orders will be covered by the customer.
